"태창에서는 좋은 편"

4년동안 숙박을 하였는데, 호텔의 시설은 꽤 쾌적한 편임. 주변 환경은 깨끗한 편이며 (쇼핑 센터가 200미터 거리에 새로 생겼음). 조식은 나쁘지 않은 편임. 고속도로 바로 옆에 위치해서 호텔을 찾기는 어렵지 않음. 홍차오 공항까지는 40여분, 푸동 공항까지는 1시간 30분 정도 소요됨.

"Non qualified service under a five star"

This is a new hotel in Taicang, the expectation should be at five star level. However, the bathroom shower place is leaking after I took a shower and water spilled on the whole bathroom floor. The breakfast is with rusted vegetables and there were no coffee among the 4 coffee machines, the staff at front desk even forgot to return me the passport. The stay is quite unpleasant.

"推荐在太仓的住处"

酒店的礼宾很友好耐心 酒店整体在太仓应该是较好的 仅说两点感受 一是有客人还是行人在大堂抽烟走过 希望不会在室内停留 二是健身中心设在一楼 对于换好泳衣或运动装的住店客人来说 需要穿过大堂 略为尴尬

"Great choice for Taicang stay."

The hotel is centrally located with Wanda plaza next door and downtown Taicang 5 minutes away by taxi. Great location, excellent hotel.

"Very nice and clean with a friendly saff."

Check in and check out was very quick and the staff spoke English. The room was spacious and very well equipped. Breakfast was very good.

"太倉出張使いには最適"

中国の地方都市のホテルとしては綺麗で、英語の対応も出来、良い方。 但し、フロント対応に時間がかかり、特にチェックアウトのかかる時間が毎回読めない。 部屋の暖房が余り効かない。 便器がウオシュレットではない。(中国では未だ仕方ないか？) 太倉では、多分トップクラス。 朝食は、他の同クラスホテル同様充実しているが、味が今一つ。

"酒店位置不错"

酒店地理位置不错，硬件设施也还不错，就是员工素质和专业水平有待提高！前台员工业务不熟练，连预定记录都找不着，基本英文都不行，餐厅员工对自己的菜品也不了解，红酒名也不知道，礼兵部员工对周边地理情况也一问三不知，原因是他不是本地人！！实在不配挂个喜来登的牌子啊！
