I liked the location, the beautiful building and gardens.

I found the organization cumbersome and the food was not as expected for the price and standard. I was unhappy to get my room at 17h instead of 15h because they have accepted late check out. I had to wait one hour in the lobby

The best part of this resort is the staff. We were satisfied with the majority of them — they were attentive and welcoming

At the same time, a couple of the restaurant staff would reserve the best seats by putting out wine glasses. We later found out those seats were for guests who tipped. Also, most of the food was the same all 10 days we were there.

Nettoyage des sols dans la chambre salle d eau Terrasse. La musique de l hôtel à côté le Sofitel Beau trop fort et trop tard mauvaise isolation phonique de la chambre. Cordialement.
