C'était la première fois que j'allais dans cet hôtel et plus particulièrement dans un hôtel de la chaîne Ibérostar, et j'ai beaucoup aimé, d'abvord l'hôtel en lui même, sa situation, la cheminée dans la salle de bar. J'envisage d'y retourner en avril mais seule et dans les réservations il n'est pas prévu de chambre pour personne seule. Le personnel tant de la réception, de la buanderie, du bar, la femme de ménage, etc, était très aimable et compétent. Un seul bémol quelques serveurs du restaurant à qui l'on devait demander plusieurs fois la même chose, ne répondant pas au bonjour, et qui m'avaient dit que les tables n'étaient pas réservées,alors qu'ils mettaient une bouteille de vin sur certaines tables. Hic. Par contre un soir il y a eu un questionnaire à remplir et certains serveurs étaient vexés des commentaires mis et ont jeté ce questionnaire. Je pense que quelques petites choses pourraient être améliorées comme par exemple mettre dans la chambre une feuille avec le numéro des différents services et surtout celui de la réception, avoir du véritable café au lieu du café en machine, et des bouteilles d'eau au lieu de l'eau en carafe. J'ai été dans de nombreux hôtels en Tunisie et celui-ci fait partie des hôtels dans lesquels j'aimerais y retourner.

First impressions are great: exactly what a 4-star hotel should be. Staff are multi-lingual and lots of Europeans stay there. Drinks aren't included in price, but food is amazing - lots of choice with mix of English and traditional Tunisian food. There's an entertainment team, sports facilities, indoor and outdoor pool. New Year's Eve was amazing - 6 course meal with entertainment, great atmosphere and well worth paying slightly extra than the other nights we stayed there. As you go out of the hotel, going left takes you to the Marina, and to the right to Carthageland and some lovely restaurants. We stayed half board but shared a pizza etc for lunch at Pizzeria Ole (very good and cheap restaurant). The only downside was that when the rooms were "cleaned" the bed linen wasn't changed, just put back neatly on the bed. The air conditioning wasn't as good as it should have been (blew hot more than cold) and the water quality (shower) wasn't what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. There's also a shop on-site, a couple of bars, a good nightclub which has entertainment every evening. (NB Algerian male and English female, unmarried, no problems.)

Nice hotel with friendly team in perfect zone.close to Carthage land and the port of Yasmeen Hamammet. Also good price.will stay again.

All the staff were very friendly, with a smile on their faces and always ready to talk. Facilities were good, entertainment good, buffet was good.

Wonderful experience! Would recommend to one and all.

Hotel just need a lick of paint starting to look a bit run down

Hotel sympa pour les familles. Les animateurs sont sympa. Un seul gros souci les plages sont sales. Elles sont situé trop pres du port. La nourriture n est pas assez typique.

L'hotel pare non sia frequentato da Italiani, non ne ho trovati, ci sono invece turisti provenienti da tutta Europa ed alcuni arabi. L'hotel da un servizio più che decoroso, il personale è gentile e premuroso, in genere fanno una buona pulizia e danno un buon servizio di ristorazione e di bevande. Si trova a 150 metri dal mare ed altrettanto da Medina Village. Il mare è pulito, si possono fare sport acquatici. Unico neo la spiaggia sulla quale transitano i cammelli per i turisti, lasciando tracce di sterco, bhe non si può avere tutto .............. Franco

Beautifully decorated ( Arabic style) spacious hotel with lovely pool area. Tasty food, nice rooms and a good indoor pool too. Staff were fine. I would go back.
