Love Tunisia, staff in hotel very polite and helpful

Entertainment staff very good best thing about hotel really, room not that clean on arrival, fridge didn't work even though asked to get it fixed. Food ok but very repetitive and not that much choice. Poolside not kept that clean, ran out of a lot of alcohol on more than one occasion, most staff were lovely but definitely some that needed to speak English and be more polite and friendly to paying guests. Have stayed in much nicer for the money and considering it was meant to be a 4* hotel.... Improved abit after quite a few guests complained and managers were around watching staff...

A perfect hotel for a family vacation but not ideal for a business trip. The standard was good but only Wi-Fi in the hotel lobby and not very fast or stable...

Rude staff, distinct lack of information, and terrible food. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. We'd read good reviews on various sites before we went, so were expecting good things but were severely disappointed.

good hotel

My wife and I booked this hotel at the last minute. It was one of the lower priced hotels in the area so we didn't know what to expect, but this hotel far exceeded our expectations! We've been to many different hotels in Tunisia, but this one had the newest feel to it and had the best food we've had in a hotel restaurant. Although it was a buffet, they had a wonderful and delicious selection of different Tunisia and European food. The hotel has a lot of flowers, trees, and other plants on its property so it has a very relaxing, garden feel to it. The pools are very nice too. There's a lot I could write, but Wow! is the best way to sum it up!

We had a great time staying at this hotel for almost a week. I visited many hotels in Hammamet area and they were rated 5 stars, but their service and the food was 3 stars or less. With this hotel,they have nice pool and especially the service was more than 4 stars and the food was more than 5 stars. The only downside was the walking to the beach (about 200 m "aprox 600 feet")

We were so pleased with this hotel--no complaints at all. We have stayed in other nearby hotels, and definitely feel that this one had the best meals, as well as good hotel entertainment (mini golf, several pools, etc.), and comfortable rooms. Definitely recommended--we hope to go back!
