Nothing they're rude and just want your money. So I lost my id and I reserved with my card had the booking number and all. They said the person I was with could not use their id and I was burnt and they did this after I could cancel and get my refund . Not too mention I purchased the free cancellation and insurance . $85 down the drain no refund if I do it'll be 7-10 business days ..... I've got to wait so didn't have any extra cash to get another rm for the night so I froze in my car all night.. they're awful have no care or concern and are rude as hell!! They only care about money. Totally not personable at all!
It was difficult , communication was very difficult as there Englush was a barrier. The towels were old basicly almost rags discolored from age, but clean. I would not recommend it or stay there again.however, the shower was hot no blankets but heat
It’s small and unassuming but it was quiet, good mattress, clean, convenient off of freeway and inexpensive. Bathroom could be redone with better shelving for shaving kit

This is a Family Run Inn, they are always welcoming. Great value and convenient location right off the 5 Freeway. The property has been renovated and updated. I go out of my way to stay here to support them. Thanks.
People outside looking in our window. No coffee in room. Virtually no amenities in room except a microwave. But the room was very clean.
This is a great value tucked on a side street just off the 5 freeway. It is run by a local family who takes great pride in keeping the property: safe, neat, clean and even planted flowers...!. The family is friendly and helpful.
This quaint hotel is just off the 5 Freeway and I highly recommend it to the value traveler. The family that runs this property do a great job. It is Quiet, Safe and Convenient. There is a great deal of pride of ownership here from the family.
