The food selection was impressive, with a wide range of international and local dishes. Drinks, snacks, and entertainment were all included, making it very convenient and enjoyable throughout our stay.

If you’re expecting international 5 star level of comfort and service, this is not the hotel for you. Their advertising of 5 star unfortunately is a lie. Read the other reviews and you’ll see this same comment over and over. This is the hotel for you if: you’re travelling with family and want a single place for all to be together. Many pools (although cold in early May), arcade games, food for kids (pasta, pizza), beautiful views, comfortable and clean rooms.

However, the hotel lacks basic maintenance (needs paint, lights to be fixed with some paths back to bedroom in full darkness, broken and dirty Sun beds, unclean common areas, unfinished gardens, broken gym equipment). Feedback given in reception led to nowhere. No attention to detail. Construction works while you’re trying to relax in the pool. No proper service - staff seemed untrained. Food quality is inconsistent - poor buffet options, lack of food labels, and you shouldn’t expect much of the specialty restaurants either. Plates are always wet and you have to wipe them yourself - very often plates are also dirty. Drinks are terrible quality - watered down wine, instant coffee always (even when they say it’s filter), bad soda, sugary “juices”. In sum, very little value for money. The hotel unfortunately is far from town - we thought we wouldn’t need to go there much because it’s all inclusive, but we ended up going every day just to get a decent coffee or meal. It costs €15 euros every time you get a taxi to go, and another €15 to return to the hotel. The old town of Lindos is absolutely lovely and we wish we had just stayed there.

There is always something happening at the resort. From sports like tennis and volleyball to entertainment and shows in the evening, you’ll never get bored. It’s great for both couples and families.

Our room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. Waking up to the view of the Aegean Sea was simply unforgettable. The design felt elegant and relaxing.
