Very cozy and well located
Things seem to not be kept up. Carpet was stained and dirty, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and air barely worked. Floor in the pool area was peeling off, rust stains in tub. I can't believe this was a Hilton, usually quality is spot on with this chain. I could understand a little bit of a run down look as time goes on but things were just not kept up anywhere. Would not recommend.

The check-in went smoothly. The person at reception was great. The room was well appointed, but the door didn’t close well. The hallway throughput the hotel was very hot and very humid. In the morning, the breakfast area was out of most of the items by 9:00. The hot food was not good. It was at best undercooked. The seating was less than desirable. The pleather couches were torn and the chairs were best suited for relaxing; not eating. The staff seemed to want to make it a great hotel but are not given the resources.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Had everything we needed for one night. The building could use a little sprucing, but for an overnight stay, it is fine. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not good. Had many Hampton Inn breakfasts over the years and this one was seriously lacking. Coffee was painfully weak to the point of undrinkable, eggs were obviously powdered and had no taste. Sausages looked undercooked so did not touch them. The potatoes were ok. No fruit, no yogurt…a couple of easy healthy options would have been nice. Oh, and waited at the desk to check out for entirely too long because no one was there. Turns out front desk person was helping with breakfast because of staffing issues. Understandable, but then there needs to be a workaround for checking out.
Hotel was very comfortable and very clean everytime I went in the lobby I saw the cleaning ladies cleaning💖
