Die Zimmerausstattung, etwas schäbig, Flecke Teppich. Waschbecken im Zimmer!? Betten waren gut. Frühstücksservice schwach, Ausstattung Büfett, ungünstige Anordnung, viel Verpackung. Es fehlt an Personal, das merkt man beim Abräumen, beim Nachlegen usw. Aber die Lounge im EG macht einen sehr guten Eindruck.

"No heat in the room - no warmth in their heart"

The room it self was OK, but too too cold when I came back later from dinner. Turning on the heat did not help. The only comfortable place was under two blankets. Next morning no hot water in the shower, and had to wait 20 mins for somebody to come to help me. When mentioning to the reception at check out, they said the mandatory "Sorry", but I did not have the feeling they meant it... Breakfast was just standard, nothing special.

"Decent value despite some comfort quirks"

Very nice hotel on the outside and decent service, but the room was musty, had only one pillow each and the bed was quite hard and a bit uncomfortable. Not a bad stay overall, just not great. Ask for extra pillows.
