Le produit d'hygiène est vide. La responsable m'a dit ce n'est pas obligatoire. Ça sent mauvais dans la chambre. Ils ont mis un produit toxique. J'ai passé une nuit horrible Mauvaise expérience.

"Catastrophe avec punaises de lit dans deux chambres"

Après mon arrivée dans la première chambre, j’ai constaté la présence de punaises de lit. J’ai immédiatement pris des photos comme preuves et je me suis rendu à la réception pour signaler le problème et demander un changement de chambre. La réceptionniste m’a attribué une deuxième chambre. Cependant, environ une heure après mon installation, j’ai de nouveau constaté la présence de punaises de lit dans cette seconde chambre. Là encore, j’ai pris des photos comme preuves.
