"I wouldn't take much to make this a really great place to stay."

good hot breakfast with waffles available each day and fresh fruit also. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausage patties also available.

I had to get assistance each day to get into my room as the key card had to be reprogrammed EACH DAY! I was told that this is because the key system is old and they are having issues with the system and they are replacing the system with a more reliable one in the future. The staff didn't know when. Also, I was told that that I specifically had to request room service for cleaning and there was no schedule for doing it w/o requesting.

The staff at this hotel are super nice! The room was clean except for a few hairs in the bathroom. The shower was hot & had excellent water pressure. The breakfast has more options than most hotels.

The room was much smaller than I expected. The lighting was too bright and glarey for me. And the mattress was concave, I woke up with a backache.
