I must say the very best point of the stay are people who work there! I loved the location of the hotel, which is calm but in the heart of the city.

There was no kettle to boil water in the room HOWEVER on the reception ppl were very nice and brought hot water to the room so I appreciated and i am grateful for the cervice! (Hot water was quite crucial for us as my mom has to use the hot water bottle (doctor's prescription) and for mediciens. Sure, this is for most ppl not a problem but please keep this in mind).

The location was spot on. It is on the quieter side of intra-muros but near cafes and restaurants. Our room was spacious (2 adults + 1 child), given that it was not even a family room as we were co-sleeping. The bathroom was well maintained with your basic amenities (body wash/shampoo, soap). Our beds were made everyday, eventhough we did not ask them to. Breakfast was a decent typical french breakfast. Staff was great and very accomodating!
