Breakfast was included and it far exceeded expectations. Staff were helpful when air con didn't work and we appreciated they allowed us a late check out.

The hotel is quite tired and dated although they seem to be trying to update with renovated bathrooms. Location walkable from train station but outside the old town; road was a bit noisy.

"ziemlich frisch in Bergerac"

wirklich sehr freundliche Rezeption, gute, zentrale Lage und ein gutes Frühstück

leider war das Zimmer sehr lieblos, kein Schrank, Abflussrohr sichtbar, zudem war es kalt und auf Nachfrage hieß es vom Management (nicht Rezeption) die Heizung würde in einer Stunde gehen, dem war dann aber nicht so - Wasser auch eher warm als heiß - letztlich habe ich gefroren und dafür fand ich es zu teuer - Danke an Booking für einen Discount - das Management wollte nicht (!)
