Staff friendliness and efficiency. Comfort of room. Location - Zahara is transformed from what it was but area still not overdeveloped. Good buffet breakfast and good and not unreasonably priced dinner. All excellent and very good value.

Small boutique hotel , lovely pool area, room was excellent. We were asked to vacate room at 10 am so cleaning could start which was quite early !

Check in lunghissimo, abbiamo atteso 30 minuti prima di essere accolti, camera deludente con lampadine bruciate, vasca da bagno consunta, Wi-Fi e tv non funzionavano (lo staff dice a causa del mal tempo), rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente basso per un hotel che pretende di essere qualcosa che non è

"No es lo que esperábamos"

Pedimos una habitacion superior y ... era un tubo, alargada y estrecha con el baño al fondo. Dos alcayatas para colgar las toallas y absolutamente nada para poner el jabón, gel o champú en la ducha. En el suelo que lo arrastraba el agua.... El lavabo de roca de diferentes colores no daba sensacion de limpieza. Buscabamos otra cosa, tal vez hay habitaciones mejores que esta. Por otro lado, las piscinas son pequeñas y no hay una separacion como dicen de adultos. La cafereia carisima para lo que ofrece. La playa de esa zona además está llena de rocas y con la marea baja no puedes bañarte. Vi a una persona resbalarse. Muy incomodo.
