L'emplacement étais bien proche de la mer, des magasins. Le personnel étais souriant et fessait un effort de parler français. La chambre assez grande pour moi seule.

J'étais dans une chambre standard avec 2 lits simple, mais le matelas pas confortable du tout et lit trop bas, difficile à me relever. Alors, pas insonorisé du tout, on entendais les bruits et les pas de la chambre du dessus, donc moi même au 2eme étage fessait attention a mes déplacements. Mais ceux du dessus fessait du bruit toute la nuit, pas su beaucoup dormir.

La facilité d' accès le calme et le service.

J' avis demandé des lits individuels et nous avons reçu des lits accolés inséparables" cause handicap" réponse cela n'existe plus en Belgique pourquoi le proposer dans la réservation alors. L'hôtelier à dit à mon fils vous faite peur alors qu'il venait demandé un coussin supplémentaire .....nous rentrions d'une promenade il avait encore son bob sur la tête et son capuchon par dessus....

Prima 3 sterren hotel in het centrum gelegen. Wij hadden de superior kamer op de 3E verdieping, ruim en schoon. Goede matrassen. Badkamer met ruime douche en zeer schoon. Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet werd door zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen verzorgd.

Communicatie op de dag van vertrek via E-mail. Kregen de code van de voordeur en het kluisslot, waar de kamersleutel in bewaard lag. Moesten daarvoor ter bevestiging van de e-mail wel een foto opsturen van onze ID-kaart. Bij aankomst 16.00 uur was de receptie niet meer bemand

Super ruime kamer, mooie badkamer , leek wel net gerenoveerd . En fijn bed !

Geen goede ventilatie in kamer , in badkamer helemaal geen ventilatie, werd snel warm op de kamer . Ramen hebben gelukkig een hor dus konden deze open laten om te luchten.
