The hotel's shuttle bus to Brunate is available from Monday until Sunday. On Sunday there is a public bus, but the hotel doesn't provide free tickets. The service should be booked upon check-in. Please note that the hot tub comes at extra charge after 8pm. The outdoor pool is open from 15 May until 15 September. Taxi discounts are offered for transfer to/from the airport or train station. Such discounts should be requested at the time of booking.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"A stunning hotel with great customer service"

The customer service was impeccable. I love that I could WhatsApp the reception team before our stay to ask for recommendations and any added extras we could book during our stay. We were able to use the pool before our check in time. Overall a beautiful hotel and would definitely stay again.

There were quite a few wasps around the pool edge.

Vue incroyable, très bon restaurant, personnel qui parle francais, parfait pour se ressourcer en restant à l'hôtel ou pour les petites sorties dans le coin

Très peu de places de parking gratuites, ce qui est dommage au vu du prix (un peu trop élevé) de l'hôtel

Personeel was vriendelijk

het hotel voldeed totaal niet aan de verwachting en voorstelling op booking ,volledig overpriced. het infinity zwembad is een plastic ,onaangenaam zwembad . Geen uitstraling. de kwaliteit van het eten was zeer pover . het zal voor ons bij een eenmalig bezoek blijven .

Frühstück die erste Platte mit den Süssigkeiten sollte bei den Gästen auch angefragt werden, zuviel wird retourniert und die Gebäcke sind etwas vertrocknet Ansonsten nicht schlecht.
