The hotel's shuttle bus to Brunate is available from Monday until Sunday. On Sunday there is a public bus, but the hotel doesn't provide free tickets. The service should be booked upon check-in. Please note that the hot tub comes at extra charge after 8pm. The outdoor pool is open from 15 May until 15 September. Taxi discounts are offered for transfer to/from the airport or train station. Such discounts should be requested at the time of booking.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Udsigten, personalet og spaområdet. Fantastisk mad. Området omkring hotellet.

Køreturen op til hotellet var en prøvelse. Der var kø og mange biler på stejle og snævre veje med mange hårnålesving.

Le petit déjeuner. Nous aurions préféré un buffet ouvert. Le service est bien trop lent.

L’emplacement avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac ! Le personnel était très gentil et nous avons super bien mangé au restaurant.

Rapport qualité prix moyen. Chambre jolie et calme, mais très standard. La piscine étant fermée à cause du vent, nous n’avons pas pu profiter pleinement du spa. Un peu dommage au vue du prix de la chambre.

Soggiorno perfetto! Il personale è stato super gentile e, con nostra grande sorpresa, ci hanno anche offerto un upgrade della camera senza costi aggiuntivi. La cena è stata deliziosa, con piatti curati e di ottima qualità. Un'attenzione al cliente davvero rara, torneremo sicuramente!
