Guesthouse Keflavik by Reykjavik Keflavik Airport

When I woke up my room was flooded with water, my bags, all was wett. The water was about 1o cm or more high! I booked this room to have a good rest for work. I went to the hotel reception, they did not said much sorry, did not offer a coffee or comfort. I felt so rejected. The cleaning women cleaned all. As I contacted them for a partly refund I never got a replay! I do not have much money and wanted to have a nice night for myself. Unfortunately this did not work out. If I go to the market to buy something and it is broken, I get a fair refund - I think.

How they dealed with the problem.

Goede bedden Dicht bij vliegveld

Kleine kamer,, geen stoelen . Lobby van bijhorend hotel ontzettend lawaaierig,

Prima plek dicht bij zee.

Het was heel erg warm in de kamer (24,5). Raam open hielp niet om de temperatuur lager te krijgen.

het is een goede plek om te overnachten als je de volgende dag vroeg moet vliegen.

het was jammer, dat we niet echt veel keus hadden om nog even in de avond te eten. Er was niet zoveel keus
