النظافة فرشات السرير أبدا مو نظيفة ولها ريحة ومافي نظافة دورية

اشياء كثيرة مثل قربه من احتياجاتي( موقعه قريب من مركز المدينة).

االمشكلة تتكرر ، نقص حاد جداً في الموظفين ، ليلة تسجيل الدخول موظف واحد للاستقبال وهو المسؤل عن نقل الحقائب، عند المغادرة طلبت حامل الحقائب فاخبرني موظف الاستقبال انه غير موجود وعلي حمل حقائبي. هذه المشكلة قديمة لها اكثر من اربع سنوات واظنها بسبب تقشف الادارة الاخيرة.

The location of the hotel is good.

Breakfast was paid for with my booking, however I had to be fasting for a 10am blood test. I requested to have my breakfast packaged to go so that I could have it after my blood test, I was told by restaurant staff and reception staff that I cannot have my breakfast packaged to go. This was most disappointing and I don't think I'll stay at Dammam palace hotel again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while it is officially rated as a 3-star property, the service and hospitality easily rival those of a 5-star establishment. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Every employee I interacted with was genuinely kind, attentive, and eager to help. The rooms and facilities are simple, as expected from a 3-star hotel, but they are kept very clean and well-maintained. What truly elevates the experience is the exceptional level of care and professionalism demonstrated by the team. They are the kind of people who turn an ordinary stay into a memorable one. If you value warm hospitality, personalized attention, and excellent service, this hotel will surprise you in the best way. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service without needing luxury amenities.
