Boa opção económica junto ao centro. Necessita de alguma manutenção e renovação nos quartos e casas de banho.

Dommage de devoir laisser les clefs en partant... et devoir sonner et attendre pour qu on nous ouvre la porte tard le soir. Sachant qu il y a une seule personne pour la réception le jour et la nuit, on se sent un peu coupable de reveiller une personne à 4h du matin ....alors que nous sommes venus profiter de nos vacances( on rentrait tard ... la personne nous ouvrait la porte sans sourire voir fâché....)

L acceuil est déplorable, il faut l accord de la gérante pour entrer et sortir de l hotel. On se croirait en semi liberté dans l etablissement

המלון ממוקם במרכז פורטו,קרוב לאטרקציות רבות. המלון פשוט אבל עם תנאים טובים,אינטרנט חופשי, טלויזיה,רדיאטור , מאוורר. המקלחת קטנה,עם מים חמים כל הזמן. החדר קטן אמנם אך נקי. חפשתי מלון סביר במרכז וזה מה שקבלתי.

I booked (and payed for) a family room, but was downgraded to a very small room. There was not even a place for a chair. When I complained, the owner told that she was fully booked. No sorry, no refund, but instead she was angry and did not spoke a word to me for the rest of my stay. The hotel is on a busy street with heavy traffic 24 hrs. It's very noisy so I had difficulty to sleep. Bring earpluggs or drink a lott! I certainly will not recommend this hotel.

We were pleased with the staff who were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The location of this small hotel was ideal. It is located within walking distance of the historical area of Porto. It is also within walking distance to the main subway system and to the train station. A small, family owned restaurant is right next door and directly across the street is a neighbourhood pub/coffee shop. We enjoyed our stay here.

Seul point positif : la proximité du métro Chambre très étroite surtout pour deux personnes La réceptionniste n'est pas trop sympathique, surtout quand on rentre tard car elle est obligée d'ouvrir la porte à chaque entrée de l'établissement. Heureusement que le faible pris fait oublier tout le reste car on ne séjourne que pour domir

Tous les jours le ménage était fait On retrouvé une chambre nette à notre retour

We have been never treated in such a rude way in ANY hotel. The staff of this apartement (I guess the owner´s wife) was extremally impolite and treated us badly. After showing us the apartament she asked us to pay 2€ per person per night which is a tourist tax. When we asked about the receipt she said that she woldnt give it ti us, if we ant to get it we should go to the town hall - all that happened on Friday night and we were leaving on Monday morning. That is why we said that we will pay unless she give us the receipt. The lady got really angry and said "if you dont pay you will not sleep here, pay me or go out" all that shouting at us. Then she added that everybody pays and that 2€/night/person is not a lot and if we want to stay there we must pay now. I wanted to check that this info was on the website but she didnt give us time to do so. She took the keys and literally kicked us out of the apartament. All this situation lasted around 30 minutes and was really stessful for us. Once OUT ON THE STREET she said that we can pay tomorrow early in the morning, next she called her husband and then started apologising. Thus, If you want to start your holiday in an awful way this is a place to stay. so dissapointed!
