Wasn’t very clean. The pull out couch didn’t work, it was catching on the sofa frame so couldn’t unfold. We only discovered it at 10.30pm so felt like we couldn’t call reception. Was also disappointed the spa wasn’t on/functioning despite it being advertised.

Great location, easy access to hagley park and Riccarton Road. Staff were fantastic, super nice, walked us to our room. The fan in the room was appreciated

Pool was closed, wasn’t a big deal but it was a hot day. Could use a little maintenance, but I see that they’re trying.
