Sehr komfortables Zimmer mit grossem Balkon.

Baustellenlärm ab früh morgens und bis abends spät wg Grossbaustelle ganz in der Nähe. Garten schön, aber etwas ungepflegt. Beim Frühstück kleine Auswahl und keine Flexibilität bei Wünschen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, allerdings laute Nachbarschaft bis spät in die Nacht.

Kleines Zimmer ist sehr eng und Mini-Bad, in dem man sich kaum umdrehen kann. Einfaches Frühstück und dabei keine Flexibilität bei der Auswahl.

De eigenaar was op afgesproken tijd aanwezig om ons de sleutel van onze kamer te overhandigen. De kamer was mooi ruim, schoon en had een fijn balkon. Het ontbijt was ´s morgens goed en we konden heerlijk bij het zwembad zitten. De ligging was prima. Om de hoek waren er wat restaurantjes en ook een supermarkt was op loopafstand.

Het is een goed verzorgde b&b maar de eigenaar woont er niet. Hij komt alleen 's morgens langs voor het ontbijt, of op afspraak wanneer je aankomt. Het is daardoor wel iets onpersoonlijker dan bij andere b&b's.

A great location, a stones throw from all the local amenities in Sea Point. Great staff, very comfortable guest house and a great breakfast selection every day.

Being tall the bed length could have been slightly longer.
