You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the credit card used to make the booking and in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that this property is only to be used as a residential dwelling for residential purposes by the guest(s). The property is not to be used for any other purpose. The use of the property for a function, a party or other gathering is strictly prohibited. Guests who use the property for a function, a party or other gathering, or for any purpose other than as a residential dwelling for residential purposes, will have their booking canceled with no refund. The guest(s) and any other occupants of the property will also be removed. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a No Party Policy.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
