Pethers Rainforest Retreat

Very friendly staff! Place was absolutely beautiful! Breakfast was great, no fault here. Our stay was relaxing, and just what we needed! Loved being out on balcony and the fresh air and the rain forest. Our room was so clean and tidy.

The privacy, the staff service was amazing, great breakfast, the jacuzzi, the cardio we got going to and from room 5, the possum doing it's 10 meter sprints on the roof, the Turkey "Jeff"

We couldn't stay longer

Lovely spot, beautiful clean room and well worth the money

Location to north tambourine mountain was good, and central to go out to eat, the "treehouse" was spacious. the quiet was nice. massage was good.

our view outside included seeing 4 other units, the tint on the spa window nonexistent as people could clearly see in and the window was on the pathway to 2 other units. the breakfasts couldn't be told beforehand, it was a lucky dip what you got, being woken up at 5am by a crow like bird pecking at flyscreens, different everyday was infuriating. then receiving a knock at 8am for breakfast delivery that me and my partner couldn't eat was less than advantageous. the pillows were a mix of rock or separated fluff that wasn't comfortable, the spare blanket was felted wool and itchy.

The rooms are so big, the location is so quiet and serene. The staff are so lovely and accommodating, with the breakfast basket being a bonus!

Nothing, everything is spectacular

Interior design was great : The setting of the houses, rainforest’s view from the house, high ceiling cooling and heating system all great.

The breakfast was disappointing. No manual instruction of the electrical compliance and the facilities around the place. We stayed 3 days and no on cleaned the house, no towels replacement until asked.
