Lamego Hotel & Life

Not really an impressive hotel. Looks better on the pictures than it really is. The rooms are quite basic. And in the whole hotell there is a really strong perfume scent. We had to sleep whit the window wide open because of the intensity.

After a week of work in Lisbon and Porto, Lamego Hotel & Life was a peaceful, welcome retreat. The hospitality was exceptional, as was the spa and accommodations and amenities. We will definitely return!

The hotel was spotless, beautiful, and the breakfast was amazing. We ate dinner there one night, which was also very reasonable and delicious. I loved that they included a bottle of wine with the room. They had a wonderful bar and hang out area so we could go drink wine and play cards.

We loved our stay at the Lamego Hotel & Life Hotel. The property was great with a lovely Spa where we had an amazing 90 minute massage, great bar and restaurant. We found all the staff to be so friendly, polite and helpful always going over and above. The reception staff were particularly exceptional as they helped me with winery reservations and transport to wineries and restaurants. They were also very helpful to my husband in storing his bike and helping him to plan safe cycle routes Thank you so much for our wonderful stay.

Absolutely beautiful. Wonderful amenities, incredible views and excellent staff. Will definitely be returning!

Overall great hotel, staff were amazing. Beds a little too hard and pillows too mushy. Fantastic area, Douro (Lamego) mind blowing beautiful. Food at the hotel was great.
