Absolutely stunning in every way! The staff is very friendly and polite and so helpful, the amenities of the hotel are beautiful, the decor is modern and charming, definitely a must visit

The hotel was really nice & clean just the bathroom glasses not really cleaned but we did it ourselves Staff were very helpful & friendly especially Miguel in the bar, pool & restaurant area Great hotel & a good area to be in.

what a special place! the team is so friendly & happy to help with recommendations, ideas & reservations. The facilities are so nice & the town of Lamego (10 min drive) is charming. Great oasis while enjoying the Douro Valley!

"Staff's big hearts make up for lack of accessories"

Staff are loving and go out of their way. Charming spot, great meals and service. No iron and ironing board in the hotel though? Instead, they sent them offsite and had our clothes washed, and charged us for that and delivered them later than promised lol. Also, restaurant is better than it looks in the photos.

"One night stay, wish we had more nights"

Hotel is elegant, staff were really helpful, quiet, with almost every service, we stayed in the bar until almost midnight. The Breakfast area and type of breakfast were amazing, among the best part of the hotel services! We really enjoyed the stay, hope will revisit again in the future. 10 out of 10 rating.
