سو التعامل في الاستجابه حيث ان المكيف كان خربان ولا تم اصلاحه الى وقت خروجنا والموظف الي بالاستقبال سيئ جدا الس اسمه اصميد اتوقع . The receptionist is rude and uninterested His name is almost asmid

Месторасположение, админмстрация отеля, хорошо вписан отель в ландшафт, архитектура, размеры номеров, чистый бассейн, хороший пляж, на территории есть уютные уголки с красивыми видами

Питание однообразное, скудное, официанты непрофессиональны. Экономия на всем - начиная от салфеток бумажных в ресторане, до самих завтраков. Меню - только на бумаге, в реальности - усеченное. Если коротко - проблема отеля в рганизации питания, его качества и непрофессиональном персонале ресторана, особенно официантов. Первый раз , находясь на отдыхе в Турции, у меня такое разочарование. Конечно понятно, что стараются экономить владельцы , наверное оправдывая это кризисом, но нельзя в салат резать сыр с плесенью, а не срезать ее, давать 15 г меда на три человека, не заправлять салат оливковым маслом. Конечно голодным не будешь, но и удовольствие не получишь.

Great location and great view. Food is good. Service however is terrible. Room service wont happen everyday. You would need to call reception and ask for it. NO TAXI IS ALLOWED. you are forced to use their VIP service which is more than double the price of regular taxi! even if you call for a taxi yourself they will deny your taxi to enter to the permitter of the hotel which is insane!

The place is fantastic for couples. It’s quite with perfect view and great beach. The room is perfect.

Its a bit far from the center and bazar area.

Toller Ausblick und sehr freundliches Personal. Ab und an gab es Straßenkatzen auf der Terrasse. Es wurden uns Wünsche wie Mückenspray sofort erfüllt. Jedoch gobt es in der Umgebung keinen Taxistand. Uns wurde ein Transfer angeboten, was deutlich zu teuer war (160 TL für 3 Min. Autofahrt) ohne eine Alrernative (Taxi rufen). Im großen und ganzen können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen.

The Serpador Boutique Hotel is positioned in very attractive Torba Bay. It is surrounded by greenery and the view from all rooms are amazing. The personal was very nice, especially the beach bar. They were doing the best to satisfy all guests needs. Cleaners were also very polite. The all-inclusive arrangement was an good, with interesting concept, there was no buffet there was a la carte menu. Swimming pool was clean and no crowded so one can choose between swimming in the pool or sea.

The Serpador Boutique Hotel needs renovation, at least the room we stayed in. The biggest problem was seawater pollution. The wind was taking the dirt into the shallow water next to the hotel beach, and it would stay there forever. We had to jump above the dirty water when we were getting into it and dive below when getting out of the water. The breakfast and dinner menus became boring after three days.
