The front desk guy was rude from the start. He kinda threw my card and ID on the little window and our bedroom key, so it was annoying. Our room smelled like cigarettes heavily and couldn't change our rooms. We asked for more pillows at night and the guy at the front desk said there's no housekeeping so he can't. There was a room that was loud close to ours at around 3 am watching TV and talking loudly so we really couldn't sleep well. Overall, we had a bad experience and will never go back again.

Clean

The staff, she worked the front desk, she was rude. The check was at 2:30 and when i get there she changed it to 3 because the room wasn’t ready and i asked why isn’t ready if check in is at 2:30. Then she said you want it or not. Very unprofessional and rude

Location

The receptionist was rude, this is the second time i dealt with her and she was rude. Checking in was always at 2-2:30 and the room wasn’t ready.

Close to family

Cleaner odor was overwhelming and made it hard to sleep. Tried to open window but there was no screen. No tissue box. Just a much lower service level than expected for the price point
