Walnut Inn & Suites West Covina

The room it self was nice, but everything was dirty. Floor bathroom, bedding. I called the desk and he said it’s dirty cause it was a smoking room. I asked, so because it’s smoking it’s should be dirty, he said yes!

The exterior of the hotel was very clean and very charming. The interior of the room was clean and nicely decorated. I loved the easy check in and available parking.

The hotel room only had one small trash can. And the hotel itself did not have a public trash can either. It was hard to dispose of Extra trash.

Bathroom accessories too small should have dispensers, towels are poor quality and too small for bathing, they seem like they are for children, there is no coffee maker, there is no microwave only at the reception, there are no closets to hang clothes

Is easy to find, no noise very private. The room with spa are big they are worth it.

Great staff and comfortable clean rooms lacking room microwaves and food or groceries store not close by to walk to easily.
