Hoposa Daina- Adults Only

Breakfast was superb! So much choice between fresh pastries, meats, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cereal, etc. Rooms were spotless, with excellent bathroom facilities. Location is perfect, right on the front and dead centre in the town. Staff were lovely and great even with a late check in.

I have no complaints about the property. I did not use the pool facilities during my stay as they were being cleaned.

Central and modern

Placed in apartment rooms as they are the standard rooms that are located on other side of road from main hotel block. Every morning at 6am a truck comes and collects rubbish or bottles and there is zero sound proofing in those windows / doors facing the road

Excellent location close to the centre of Puerto Pollensa and a few steps from the Pine Walk Clean Good terrace (Rm 601) with fantastic view Good breakfast Bedding very clean and housekeeping great

Safe not working (battery issue) - had to ask 3 times over 2 days to get it sorted The room 601 is very narrow - unable for 2 people to walk around together - had to relocate bedside chair to shower room for space Lights on terrace came on a 4pm ish and off at 9 so couldn't use the terrace later in the evening - pitch black. Did mention to the reception and I think someone looked at it as they then came on at 2pm for a day but no later in the evening! Asked for a double bed but got two singles pushed together, each with single bedding There had been a storm the week before and so there was much sand around the front of the hotel, empty boxes from replacement pool furniture discarded by the pool and bottom of the pool very very sandy for some days which was just being cleared as we left but could have been done much sooner we thought Overall it just seemed to be lacking some real leadership from a manager as all of these issues could be quickly managed

The breakfast room was fantastic and the staff were very friendly.

We booked a room with a hot tub which required us to keep filling it like a bath which took ages each day. Also the room didn’t have any AC with the room temperature getting into the late 20s it was far too hot to sleep. We did request a fan but was told AC was due to be switched on today which would be a challenge without it being installed in the room.

Very slow service when sitting outside to order a beer etc,long wait for a drink and long wait for the bill.

Prettige check-in, fijne bedden, goed ontbijt en overall goede service!
