Ocean Trillium Suites

Liked the views. The size of the apartment was great although a little dated. Check in and out were excellent as were the staff. Very helpful.

Nice room. Pictures were a little deceiving. Space was clean, and was right on the beach which was awesome. Beds not comfortable!

Our stay was great just wish it was longer. They have a front desk even though hotels. Com says they don't. I would definitely try to stay here again.

Outstanding!!! Loved this property. 1st time staying here and hope it wont be my last. Rooms are vey spacious with beautiful colors. Great views of ocean from evey room. Loved the balcony as well. Best property I have stayed at in Florida and I have been coming here every January for the past 9 years

My stay was excellent. The facility is older but well maintained.

We were very pleased with our room. It had a great view of the ocean and deck with chairs to sit and enjoy it when not out on the beach. The beach is conveniently right outside the back door of the building. It was a little outdated but clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to fix dinner while there. The beds were comfy and had lots of pillows of all densities to please everyone. Unfortunately it was windy and cold while we were there so we needed to run the heat and it also worked great and was much appreciated after a chilly walk along the beach. The only comment I have is to offer salt/pepper packets and napkins or paper towels in the kitchen. Overall it was a great stay and we will book here again next time we’re in New Smyrna Beach.

The property is very dated. It was clean but old. I was there five years ago and the room has the same furniture it did my first time there. Very disappointed

The ocean views are amazing! Being next to Chase's Restaurant and Bar is really great. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is free!!!
