Weirs Beach Motel & Cottages

Everything was clean and well kept. Location to Weirs Beach is around a 10 minute walk. Friendly staff.

Room and closet smelled funky. Rooms are not maintained daily by staff. Beds, pillows, and linens are mediocre. Ice machine was broken and we were never informed upon booking. Fire pits are not serviced, must bring your own supplies. Also not mentioned online or over the phone. Room needs a bigger refrigerator. EVERYONE uses the motel side as a turn around on that street. Cars pulling in and out all night long. Some super noisy neighbors in the middle of the night.

Was everything I expected, glad the AC worked so well. Biggest pet peeve when the air conditioning doesn’t work well… love the ceiling fans! Quiet, comfortable, clean, and private. Worth the money.

We stayed here recently. We rented a 2 room cottage. I was a bit upset that I was charged an additional $30 cleaning fee prior to arrival above and beyond what I had paid on Expedia. When we arrived, there was a unicorn headband, a bunch of raffle tickets and dirty underwear under the bed. Made me wonder if it was even cleaned before I arrived. The cottage next to us had checked out our first day and left their trash on their porch prior to leaving. The sign said”put trash out before noon for pickup” this pile of trash sat there for our entire 2 day stay…. Again I say, additional cleaning fee for what?! All in all, The cottage was cute for what it was, it was simple and a roof over our heads while we enjoyed NH. We weren’t in our cottage much at all. the beds were horribly uncomfortable. We didn’t use the kitchenette at all. But it was small. The pool was nice, kinda small and not heated or anything. They do allow pets with limitations, and a fee. But I’m glad I didn’t bring mine. It’s self check in and check out. Didn’t see management other than to pay the additional cost for the cleaning fee. It wasn’t bad, but it certainly wasn’t a 5 star cottage. I have definitely stayed in nicer cottages in the lakes region area.

No food on site. Bed is definitely not the worst I’ve slept in. Loved the remote check in process. So easy! Also extremely close to all of the Weird Beach happenings…such a short walk. Room could definitely benefit rom an upgrade. Had a strange smell…almost like someone had smoked in there or really mildew. Other than that, good overnight stay with my son.

Bed felt hard and room wasn't comfortable. Won't be back.

Easy check-in process and great location! I would recommend this establishment a hundred times over
