The hotel room had a broken and duck taped mirror hanging that came down and almost hit my 6 year old.

Great place to stay in Malone

My husband and I stayed on the 13th to the 14th for his work and when we checked in we didn't have the best experience, didn't explain anything to us I had to ask about the amenities that they have and I was looking forward to the pool and come to find out that the desk clerk lied to me and say they close at 9pm she was sitting down the entire time, didn't explain where are room is, I am a front desk manager at another holiday inn & suites and i was disappointed with that desk clerk behavior, but my whole stay wasn't ruined, the breakfast was delicious and my room was clean by Joanne and usually every time I stay at a hotel I check my room nothing against anybody it's just how I am, the beds were comfy felt like i was sleeping on a cloud. The ladies at the desk the next morning were so sweet and accommodating and those lovely ladies are Katy and Natasha can not wait to see them again next time!!! The final shout out I have to give is Kristen the general manager she is an exceptional person and a great person, I seriously can't wait to stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites again!!

The location and cleanliness of the room. Staff is always very nice and helpful.

The heater is very loud woke me up multiple times during the night as it turned on and off. Also I could hear other guests in the neighboring rooms, especially when they flushed the toilet.

Location: Traveled for business. Easy to find. Close to restaurants, gas and Dunkin's (that's a must). Service: Girl at the front desk was very nice. I had been assigned a room on the first floor and she asked if that was OK. I told her I was fine with it. She said let's move you to the fourth floor as there is a hunting group with their dogs staying and she didn't want me to be disturbed. I was very thankful she thought of that. Rode the elevator with some housekeeping folks on my way to my room, they were very welcoming. Room: clean, TV worked and I got the local stations. It had a microwave, fridge and Keurig. I like they have bottles of soap, cream and shower items, I don't have to unwrap anything or realize I left the shampoo on the bathroom counter after I get into the shower. The best part is that the thermostat has "constant fan" option so it runs all night as I sleep with a fan for noise, but don't like to travel with it - I have to use an app for white noise when traveling. Breakfast: I travel often enough that I try to watch what I eat when traveling, it's easy to put on the lbs. They had the regular hot breakfast, which looked good, but I know can have hidden calories. They offered Mylk Labs oatmeal that I was able to take with me to my meeting, which really made my morning. It's not often you find a hotel that has products like this for their guests. Overall: Every time I come to this area for work I will plan to stay here and will recommend it to my colleagues, as well.
