It was Thanksgiving weekend, yet the staff who were working - Debbie, in particular were extremely helpful and nice. Customer service was the best I've seen in years at any hotel even a 5 star!

"Could’ve been better!"

I loved everything about the property.

The staff specifically Judy! She harassed my guest and I until she got off work. She stopped them at the front desk to ask them where they were going and told them they can’t come to my room. She threatened to remove me from the facility. She watched us in the pool through the window. She put us through hell and for that reason I’ll never come back UNTIL she’s fired!!

Outstanding breakfast! I was pleasantly surprised. The sausage was, by far, a hit!

I don't lilke the fact that we couldn't have extended our stay so that we could enjoy the breakfast for a second time.
