Huge apartment! Amazing price! Seriously, every single room is huge, there's even a study and an extra bathroom that I didn't need. Finally no carpets 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 The air conditioning is excellent, much needed for the climate here. Lovely pool. When the dryer filter broke, maintenance fixed it in a day. Reception always available. The cleaners were able to change my towels quietly while I slept. Mop & bucket available in the flat. Perfect city center location.

The intercom doesn't work, and when I asked the receptionist about it, she wasn't even aware they had one, so it must've been a long time ago when it worked. The washing machine is extremely outdated, probably older than me. I've used a top-loader before without issues, but this one had to be rebalanced multiple times during a cycle because it couldn't handle it if the load wasn't evenly spread around the agitator, even though washing machines are supposed to shake the load around. It stopped, beeping and flashing an error message. It definitely wasn't overloaded. The dryer's filter fell apart in my hand when I took it off to clean it. The cleaners always came in while I slept, which spooked me once when I didn't know this yet, and there was a sign of someone having been in my apartment. Apparently they do this for security. I wish the pool stayed open at night.

Exceptionally clean and spacious

Location was great. Near Darwin Waterfront and local cafes for breakfast. Easy access to town.

Almost zero view from windows unless you enjoy looking at the walls of adjoining apartments.
