Cheap, friendly and helpful front desk staff - comfortable bed

Rooms smelled. Shabby building. Some dubious behaviour in and around the hotel- several doors had large added padlocks which left us feeling somewhat uncomfortable. Quite a lot of noise within the hotel at night- lots of comings and goings
