Desk assistant tried to make up for not providing free shuttle service from the airport that was confirmed at booking by providing free shuttle service to the airport in the morning. He also tried to make up for giving away the handicapped room we had requested by giving us a small room discount.

Booking site said free shuttle service. Special request for free shuttle service at particular times was confirmed prior to booking. Evidently the booking site and management response to the special request were incorrect. Also, we were told that most people who reserve the handicap room don't need it so they gave it away. We were traveling with my mom who uses a wheelchair. She cannot get in and out of a tub and it was really difficult getting around the room with her chair.
