The bed tilted towards the head, the bathroom shower, had black markings. The ceiling was peeling. The towels were stiff and hard. The rooms smelled Taking a shower the water kept on going from cold to really hot to cold to normal back-and-forth

The evening attendee was very kind. The location is off of a main street and in the center of the restaurants.

I'm an attorney that comes to town on government travel a few days a month and stayed here. Juice was spilled on the sheets and my $100 deposit was kept, even after the facility washed the sheets. The gentleman stated it took him three hours to clean the sheets and to clean the room I cleaned before checking out. He also said juice was on the wall, which is ridiculous. He said he would file a police report for bed sheets. I didn't argue or state laws to him because I needed to catch a flight. I had to ask for towels daily nor did anyone offer to service the room. I was told the exact towels to the room you are in are washed and brought back to you everyday. I wanted to post this as a warning for military and government employees.

This hotel gives you the basics and was in a great location off Race Street for visiting my nephew at Harding University. It had many nearby restaurants we enjoyed.

The check in was quick and easy. The people were very friendly and professional and eager to please. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The room was large, very clean and pleasing. The only thing was the bathroom was very small but the shower was awesome.

The room was too noisy

Very pleasantly surprising the desk clerk was very hospitable and smiling he even directed me where to park the truck and showed me to the room very nice great job. Recommend highly 😊

I’ve stayed here multiple times, the rooms are small but clean and affordable.

Room was fairly clean. But, pictures were very misleading. Tiny tiny room, bed was not a queen but a full sized bed. Perfect for a lone traveler but with two adults and a dog, it was very cramped. We’ve gotten bigger rooms with more amenities for the same rate. Disappointed that there was no coffee pot in the room, but considering it was so small we tried to be in the room as little as possible.
