The Hotel and the surroundings everything was very beautiful! 7 Pools, good weather and the ocean. An Animation Team that bring a lot of fun. The food was really delicious. The Hotel staff and waiters was very friendly and nice Specially a waiter named Dilli Kumar. He was very gentle and caring for every guest. And he Even helps you with Special needs! Thank you to the Hotel.

Wonderful service, great food, location and hour from Heraklion airport. We were half board and it was enough. The restaurants are great especially the Italian. There is a grocery in the resort and great view

Beautiful place, delicious food, big territory with different pools, beaches like in paradise. Friendly staff, everywhere is clean. All inclusive package worth it absolutely. Cleaning lady on our floor was very attentive.

We had a room in a main building, 2 floor, it is not renovated, you can hear all noises from a corridor, splashing water in a neighbour room, the bed is soft, the pillows ( now almost in every hotel...) are not comfortable, there was a smell of sewerage from the shower. If you need a good sleep you should take a bungalow far from a main building and the theatre because evening programme starts at 21:00 and it's loud. Another little thing bothered us- you can't get a good espresso till 10:00. There's no iron in the hotel, you need to pay for every shirt to be ironed.
