The man who checked me in was very nice, they called ahead of time to make sure I was still coming.

We got a non smoke room but the room smelled of mildew and smoke, there was Cheeto (or something orange) encrusted in the blanket when we walked in, and the parking lot was in a weird spot

No breakfast or coffee as advertised, coffee pot in room didn't work, went to the front desk and got another one and took it back to the room and open the lid at water and there was water already in it with an inch of mold growing on top so when I go back down to speak with the manager I got the runaround and said it's just something that happens and apologize and walked away.

We did NOT STAY due to clerk stated he could NOT find the reservation confirmation and had no room. Clerk was VERY rude! I have attempted multiple times to cancel and get my payment REFUNDED, but every time it gives an ERROR!! I have reported it to my credit card company!
