"Very pleasant stay with efficient and friendly staff"

Facilities are very good and efficient with staff being very helpful.

Close to EPFL campus but still a walk. Found it hard to find the entrance on foot in the dark.

"Refreshing stay."

Smooth check-in, in-room dining at a late hour. The room was comfortable and quiet, facing the inner courtyard, no traffic noise.

The hallways were not top-notch cleaned, the carpeting needs attention/care/deep clean/replacement.

I chose this hotel because it is located near the EPFL; they also provide a transportation card, that can be used on all the public transports around the Lausanne area. Very convenient.
