Amazing place, well located. Nice service at the front desk. Maybe just inform clients that there are 2 airports with very different prices for the taxi as we were unpleasantly surprised. Thank you!

" Modern hotel in Brussels."

Clean and functional modern hotel. We had three rooms booked but put on separate floors, 3, 6, and 8. Very convenient to governmental buildings but not to the old part of Brussels. All in all we were happy with the stay.

The fridge didn't work; the phone did not work, and the shower head blew off on my forehead. The great, polite, and kind staff recovered quickly and made things right. The breakfast was the 'same' every day. For the same price, scrambled eggs would have made huge difference. The lack of bacon or any type of sausage was also a missed pleasure. The laundry space has 1 unit; but the room could accommodate two sets.

"Aloft for the win! "

Amazing seven-day stay! Good front desk service. Busy breakfast area, but good selection of breakfast foods. Close to EU building, local metro and Cinquantenaire Park.
