Hometown Inn Athens

Property was very clean and seemed good. Little dated but was a good hotel. Too close to the highway for me. I would recommend this hotel.

Staff was very kind. Only problems was the bathroom shower curtain was stained and the surrounding guests either smoking or being noisy. Otherwise a amazing experience for $65 bucks.

Great place at a fair price.

Renovated room. Extremely bright and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Linens are fresh and new. Third time I have stayed here. Will stay again If I am in the area.

Excellent staff and location

Very affordable, little, family-run hotel. Nothing fancy but it was clean, quiet, and everything worked. Very close to Ohio U campus, great spot for dropping off, visiting, or picking up your student.

The hotel management team was really nice and professional

convenient property next to the highway cheap stay pleasantly surprised how clean it was and they updated facilities.

They let themselves into my room while I was gone. Then lied about it. Didn’t do any housekeeping. They were just snooping around for no reason. They saw that I was a smoker and wanted to make sure I wasn’t smoking in the room. I had a chair and ashtray sitting outside.

Was adequate and reasonable priced. Nothing fancy. Beds were comfortable.
