It was an awesome check in experience.: I arrived at 3pm, but was advised my room was not ready. Kaitlyn, the employee on duty, quickly made an adjustment, and found me a room!!!

Nothing. I liked it all!! Lots of parking.

It was near highway.

We asked for king size accessable. We received two queen size on second floor at end of hallway. My disabled husband was exhausted by the time we reached room. Bathroom did not have chair for him to bathe. I had to ask twice for one. Phone did not work in room.

"We went inside with our Ren Fair costumes, got complimented, went up to our room, got shown how the AC works very polite"

Everyone was super nice and complimented me and my girlfriends outfit for the Ren Fair! when I first got in the room, I played with the AC and it didn’t turn on and I didn’t really wanna be a bother, so I was nervously going up to ask about the AC and she happily went up and showed me how to work it! Also BOTH receptionists were so nice and complimented our outfits!

Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect!
