Le restaurant… prix élevé et qualité/gout moyen Le personnel débordé à la réception La réceptionniste savait d’avance que le wifi ne fonctionnerait pas car il n’avait pas été initié avec le numéro de chambre. J’ai dû retourner à la réception 5min plus tard pour qu’un autre personnel fasse le nécessaire. Dommage. Une réceptionniste qui me dit d’une manière hautaine : « vous ne restez qu’un seul jour, c’est peu… » on est loin des codes de l’hôtellerie de luxe à certains moment… J’ai pris le taxi proposé dans l’hôtel, qui s’est arrêté 200m plus loin pour me faire monter dans un autre taxi à coup moyen. (J’ai bien sûr refusé)

Établissement top et personnel de l’hôtel top egalement, je recommande fortement

The scenery of the property is quite lovely.

The room was not as expected. Twin beds were not in the room given. After reporting to Reception someone was sent to separate the beds and make twin beds. This was poorly executed. One bed was not secured, just sitting on the bed caused it to roll around. It was a bad night. Reported it again the next morning. View was horrible. Just looked at my card charges; they are more than expected including taxes…as by per Booking - should have been XOF 982,900 but the hotel invoice is showing 1,102,900 …Confused. The additional paid for the room with Sea View 236 which was not as good the original room given 603 was 120,000 - I am totally confused.
