The location and amenities can't be beat - beach access, poolside, restaurants and lounges, etc. Very nice and clean room, friendly staff who speak multiple languages, and a great stay.

"Un très bel établissement, qui tient ses promesses"

Accueil adorable, avec notamment un service de conciergerie de très haut de gamme, qui marche vraiment très bien et vous organise vos excursions à Dakar, Gorée, et autour en un claquement de doigts. Sans anicroches. La réception est adorable aussi, en check-in comme en check-out. L'impression d'être dans une ambiance familiale est tout simplement celle que doit procurer un vrai établissement de luxe. Le Terrou-Bi y parvient. Les chambres, spacieuses et parfaitement équipées, l'excellent restaurant et l'accueil tout aussi bon du Petit-Déjeuner, à la hauteur de l'expérience, complètent très bien ce tableau. Enfin, la piscine est vraiment un rêve en toutes saisons.

Deux points malheureux, à améliorer : 1/ La climatisation, qui vous souffle littéralement dans la tête quand vous dormez : montez un peu la soufflerie au-dessus des têtes en règlant les grilles ! En décembre on peut la couper et ouvrir la fenêtre, mais dans une saison plus chaude on a pas cette ressource. 2/ C'est magnifique d'organiser un beau mariage dans l'hôtel, mais ça n'excuse pas la musique très forte jusqu'à plus de 4h du matin. Dans un hôtel de luxe on ménage la chèvre (la noce) et le chou (les clients qui veulent dormir et ont coupé la clim agressive et ouvert la fenêtre car sinon ils se réveillent avec un rhume et une conjonctivite ; ) Pour un mariage avec musique, partout dans le monde, 2h du matin c'est un max, avec carton en chambre pour prévenir et s'excuser. Une marge de progression, donc, qui lui fait louper la note 10, qui aurait été méritée par l'ensemble de son personnel.

très bonne accèssibilité, cadre agréable, très belle plage privée, personnel très attentionné et très gentil, très bon petit déjeuner, produits de très bonne qualité, hôtel très agréable...franchement à recommander, seul point négatif chambre un peu chère
