"Atención al cliente pésima "

Terrible, no respetaron la recompensa o beneficio de la bebida de obsequio que da hotels.com que venía en la reserva, no había agua caliente y después argumentaron que la llave estaba al revés, quise cancelar una noche y se negaron, hasta que hotel.com los contacto. Llovió y el cuarto tiene goteras a través del aire acondicionado, el escritorio esta cayéndose, la silla ejecutiva está malísima se mueve toda no tiene estabilidad.

En general bien. Silo que me toco en una habitacion que da justo enfrente de un salon de fiestas y se escucha todo de la fiesta.... El estacionamiento es muy limitado y el que esta subterraneo para cocje conpacto esta bien. Pero para una camio grande como una suburban esta muy complicado entrar por el reducido espacio que tiene. Sugerencia. Coches compactos en zotano, etc....
