Everything ok

Grossest hotel ever. When my family and I got into our room, it had a foul smell to it. As we continued walking around the room to look at it and check it out there was trash in the corners and the tub had brown stains in it. on day, two of staying here, I went up to our room to get something and discovered a roach in the kitchen of our room. This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at and will never come here again.

I booked 2 rooms and one of the room AC was not working. My sister reported it to the front desk and they said they will send someone but no one came. They were so tired from the Six Flags trip and fell asleep at an 80 degree F room until the next day, no one came. I told the front desk about it all they said was sorry the room was hot. The breakfast buffet were served with recycled items like burned and hard scrambled eggs from day before mixed with chorizo and french toast where the bread is already hard and old. C'mon Stay Bridge. You are known to have a better service like this and I have been booking this hotel for a long time. But this one is nothing but disappointment.

Very clean

Staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. As a former housekeeping director the property was very clean and the rooms were clean as well.

The location was tricky considering the loops on the highways. But not overall bad and nothing that the property has any control over.

Very nice hotel! Safe convenient location! Will stay again. Highly recommend this hotel.

AC compressor is so noisy and is inside the room, is set up to be in auto so is coming and going all night long

Nothing. Everything was great

Room was nice and breakfast is a plus helped out. Made it easier for family to get started in the morning. Liked that living area was a decent size, so we didn't feel cramped.

Body wash dispenser was broken. Coffee provided was not good. I assumed all staybridges were the same since we had stayed in one in the past but they are not.
