The bathtub was stained and black, there was mold in the caulking, water pressure was horrible, we found 2 roaches in our room, the pullout bed was so unbelievably uncomfortable my kids ended up sleeping on the floor, the lines smelled awful, the washing machines had mold, and smelled disgusting, the dryer took over 2.5 hours to dry my clothes. The breakfast was a joke.. the lobby and the hotel in general smelled horrible. The first night we were there someone’s car got broken into right next to ours, and you could tell that someone had gone through our car as well. They only provide you with one roll of toilet paper when you ask for more. Will defiantly never be staying at this hotel again. They offered to move us rooms, but the room they were going to move us to was just as bad. We stayed because we had no other option as we already had the hold for the total amount on our card.

No housecleaning on weekends; noone ever cleaned our room and we were there for 5 days.

Very dirty. Shower was a complete disaster and they cane to clean and it was still dirty. Staff were very rude and unpleasant. Also, there was a strong weed smell.

We had a nice stay Thursday and Friday night. Saturday night the other guest were extremely loud when trying to sleep which was after 2am. Bed was comfortable. Front desk employees could have been a little more inviting.

This hotel has really gone downhill. It used to be nice a few years ago, but it is no longer well-maintained. The AC was not working properly and the entire building felt uncomfortably warm. Breakfast was disappointing: soggy waffles, wet potatoes, undercooked sausage, and no flavor. The worst part was check-in. I had called earlier in the day to confirm my stay, which was a gift using hotel points. I was told I needed to be added to the reservation. The person who gifted the stay took care of that. But when I arrived, there were still issues. The front desk staff spent more time questioning whether I had actually spoken with the hotel than resolving the problem. I was basically gaslit and told I had not called, even though I had spoken with someone at the hotel after selecting option 3 from the phone menu. That lack of follow-through caused unnecessary stress. Between the poor service, lack of upkeep, and bad food, I wish I had stayed somewhere else. Would not recommend.

Breakfast was not what the advertisement suggested. It was adequate—not very good, but not bad.

Towels were "wimpy" and cheap. In-room coffee service was minimal and weird. Lighting in room was also just not right.
