"Functional but very comfortable hotel"

Situated across from the main rail station square and next to the bus station, from both of which there was no noise at all, this hotel far exceeded our expectations. We chose it because we had to catch an early train to Dusseldorf airport next day. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hot breakfast options (available from 6.30am) were fresh and tasty.

Pictures don't do this hotel justice. Fantastic location for the railway station and the bus station. Brilliant staff - cannot do enough for you and very friendly. Rooms are clean, bathroom is immaculate with a powerful shower and large cubicle. Breakfast is good value and again the staff were efficient and made sure everything was available. A couple of negatives. It was very hot when we stayed and the air conditioning didn't really work properly in both rooms. No USB socket available and we forgot our adaptor - this would have been useful. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel walking distance from the train station. This is not a luxury hotel, however, everything you need is there and room is clean and tidy. Breakfast was pretty good an inexpensive.

"Good hotel close to rail/bus system"

1. Unreliable wake-up calls; 2. Poor quality of pillows; 3. Wifi slow and/or unreliable in rooms at the end of the hallway. Positive feedback - rooms were clean, lovely breakfasts, helpful and accommodating service and front desk staff.
