-Trasig TV som inte kunde fixas. -Man var tvungen att lämna in dörr-korten i receptionen när man gick ut.

Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta! Kaikki mitä oli luvattu, toteutui eikä mitään moittimista. Saatiin se mistä maksettiinkin. Aamupala oli erittäin kattava mikä meidät yllätti!

Mitään yllätyksiä ei tullut, muuten kuin että kuumuuden takia nukuttiin ikkunat auki ja liikenteen melu olikin aika kovaa myös yöllä. Huoneessa oli ilmalämpöpumppu, joka ei tainnut toimia, se olisi lisännyt viihtyvyyttä. Sängyt olivat melko natisevat mutta mukavat kuitenkin.

The location is good for going to Avicii/3Arena - after a small walk it's 2 stops with a train.

You have to leave your room card to the reception every time you leave the facilities and you have to ring a doorbell to get back in everytime, which was quite odd and inconvinient for us. At the arrival of our stay we noticed some trash under the beds and it was quite dirty. I asked the receptionist, when was the last time they cleaned our room and we didnt get an answer for that. He promised to take a look while we were away, but when we returned, everything was exactly the same. Even the next day when the cleaning team was finished with our room, the trash was still there. They might change the bedding and the towels, but thats about it. I know they can't do anything about it, but the room was really hot aswell. Just an FYI.
